Did not meet my target yesterday as i was soooo tired. Going to make up for it today though.

Have made up for yesterday and cant do any extra leg work as my legs hurt too much. Have exceeded the situps amount though. Tomorrow aim for 1150 lunges/squats and 1000 situps. :rotfl:

Diaries are great, I would still be in utter chaos without one! Haha, everybody is WAY ahead of me with everything. Ah well I'm all for gentle beginnings.

Hi,went to that new class today,not many there as it only opened last week but instructor was good,did the usual warm up then plenty of toning work,could feel it in my arms,legs and stomach so am pleased with that,am going again next week.Got 58 sit ups to add to sig£365 in 365 days challenge(dec 09/ dec 10)£62 banked:D

Im off to the gym tonight to do an hours cardio and some ab work. Cant decide whether to go to a class tonight at the gym though or just do some interval training on the machines (good for the core) decisions!0 -

Just came on the thread to catch up plus check my target for the day. Think ill manage the squats though after yesterdays workout my bum is aching but in a good way. Situps im not too sure ill make much of a dent as ive just eaten and being a Friday night hmmmm

Morning all,
Somehow last night i managed to reach my targets which is great. I can feel my legs, stomach and bum getting stronger and more toned.
Lunges and squats so far = 1175
situps so far = 1020
Have worked out that my average per day is about 80 for lunges and squats and 60 for the situps. Going to make sure i try to do at least 100 of each per day to make my average higher.MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different0 -

Thanks sugarspun and everyone else for the motivation, definitely wouldn't have bothered doing any exercise while away otherwise, and even got my dance exercise dvd out in the second week :j:j:j
