Need an exercise rest day as body hurts and have read its good to rest the muscles. So may do some cardio today but no situps and squats today.

Well done cake21, yes you sent me a PM about your MFW thread. Its weird how i keep seeing the same people around, it really is a small world/forum!

138 a day is doable but I'm a bit late, will give it a go I'm sure it'll be easier to do more once the ton starts showing!

I'm doing full situps FF :)
    Thanks Sugarspun :)

Firefox, I do 5 abdominal crunches, and then 5 slow full sit ups (with bent knees though), and then 5 jacknife sit ups and repeat.

If you don't mind me putting my two pence worth in, you will get better results doing nice slow ab curls: I am a qualified personal trainer. :j Even better results if you either do butterfly legs (soles of feet touching, knees out to left and right) or one leg bent one leg out straight.

Full sit ups and jack-knifes largely work the hip flexor (the muscle that joins your body to your thigh) as that is where you are bending. To work your abs you need to bend at the belly button. :)

Have done 200 lunges/squats today and 110 situps to make up for the rest day yesterday. Hope all of you are managing to have a rest day. It really helped my muscles as i was feeling achy everyday and muscles need time to recover.
