Falmin Nora:eek:
I have 36 names on the Spreadsheet tracker:j
Day 1 for me which started with a bagel with a scraping of cream cheese (low fat) and jam on.
Lunch will be roast chicken with boiled pots and carrots
Dinner - tinned salmon and scrambled eggs.
Snacks will be low fat jelly and fruit. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Morning everybody...hows everyone getting on?
Day 3 for me today and this is always the day I crave crave Chocolate once I give it up so I have to be strong today!
Bonus is that I have been for a 5 mile run this morning already so that will be helping the weight loss
Now you see I would have joined you on that 5 mile run this morning but sadly we have over 4 inches of snow here.........shame that:D
Joking aside, well done Sally on braving the elements and getting out there:T
Just imagine the chocolate as melted dog poo:eek:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Just imagine the chocolate as melted dog poo:eek:
I think of it as lard with food colouring:D... If I manage to get through day one without choc I'm not too bad but I am missing cheese Gromit!
Tea - 3 stone in a year is less than a pound a week so I'd say yes it's doable:D! We will get there in 2010:j:j:j! (was going to put  there but that would add calories and :j will take some off;))Mortgage OP 2025 £6200/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Hello all,
can I join please? I would like to lose a stone by the end of March. I am not going to do any particular plan. I am just going to cut down on the industrial sized quantities of chocolate I consume. Cut down to 1 latte a day instead of 3! I am also going to try to drink more water (yuk) and eat more fruit and veg.
I really want to get rid of my back fat, muffin top and bingo wings once and for all.0 -
Can anyone reccommend a good industrial support sports bra? x0

Hi everyone. Well just bitten the bullet and weighed....12st 0lbs. A bit more than I thought but oh well, such is life. I will weigh each week on a Friday morning and post my weight loss/gain then. I need to start meal planning and sort out when I will have time to go shopping. This morning I've had a banana and coffee for breakfast and have chicken and vegetables for dinner. will forage through the cupboards to see whats there. Good luck everyone.x:jWeight loss slimming world Starting weight 12st 2lbs. Target 10 st -4 -1 sts -1/2 -2 1/20

Hi all!
I'll join you, that's if men are allowed in here? I actually have about 8 stone to lose to reach a healthy bmi, but I'll start with a 2 stone target. I usually follow the SW plan, and usually fail! So I'm just going to concentrate on little things, more veg, more home-cooked meals, less sugary drinks, less snacking, more water and so on!
So yeah, I'll start today, keep you posted on progress. 2010 definitely is the year for a shift in attitude, determination is the key. Good luck all, I look forward to hearing your stories!0 -

Marks and Sparks do the best IMO.
