I'm starting tomorrow but for 2010 I'd like to lose 53lbs...
Went shopping yesterday with DH and bought some healthy food - part of 2010 finance challenge I'm only spending cash this year and not whipping out the cards everytime I go shopping (well I'm not actually taking the cards out with me this year). Have looked through the WW cookbook for recipe ideas and I reckon we'll be bulking up with LOTS of VEG at mealtimes.
Just checked and when I lose my 53lbs, I'll have a bmi of 24!!!!!

Morning all
Can I join too? I have no idea what I weigh as I don't keep scales in the house, but will weigh myself tomorrow after work and confess all the damage that the xmas festivities have done..
I will aim for 1 stone weight loss for the next three months please! Maybe then I'll be able to wear some of the clothes in my wardrobe..:oFeeFee
