Right, I've Sky plussed every episode of Biggest Loser I could find. All very confusing as I think the ones on today are repeats but I'd rather delete some than miss em

:dance:Dance of the Day..............
I reckon that having a good old mad dance brightens your day, raises energy levels and burns off a few excess calories too. So every day I shall post a dance of the day.
Dont be shy now, get your hairbrush microphones out and go mad

In the Daily Mail's You magazine today there was a tip that eating soup for lunch helps you lose weight, so here's to giving it a go. The biggest problem I have with eating is when I'm at work. I do 13.5 hour shifts at work so I can only eat when I have a break, and they aren't equally spaced out. Plus at 5am I really don't fancy anything to eat so have to wait right round till 10am before I can have "Breakfast". Therefore I tend to snack on biscuits a lot because I don't get a chance to eat properly. Anyone have any tips to help?Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170

Ruby - try taking some dried fruit and nuts in instead of biccies - still sweet but will leave you fuller for longer and healthier0
