For me Ruby eating soup is like eating fresh air unless it is a good old hearty broth or something similar. I know that you say that you dont fancy anything at 5am but could you not have a couple of pieces of fruit to tide you over till 10am.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I suppose I could. Hehe that's how stressed I am, I can't even think of a simple solution like that.

Thanks PAP! Glad to know it's worked for someone. I love me soup I do!

So far so good today, bowl of Aldi own brand special K for breakfast with glass of cranberry juice, now off for some home made vegetable soup and then tonight will be lean steak with salad. Also going for 2 workouts on the fitness u game in a bit, i think it's really good and you don't need a balance board to do it with!

My word, theres a lot of us on here!!! Been interesting to see how much collective weight we could lose.

A couple of years ago I lost 4 stone calorie counting so am going to do that again. Just been to Sainsburys to stock up on healthy stuff. Snacks don't bother me too much as long as I have good meals!

Re: Sports Bras : I got a shock absorber one off ebay for about £18 I think. Its very good.

My weigh-day will prob be a monday but will have a sneak peak on Sundays so I can update here.

  • Hi - I would love to jog but don't know where to start as I have never run before and I am very unfit - I am very conscious of being big and running on the streets

  • Hi,

I am totally ashamed of myself! Three years ago I managed to lose 25% of my body weight and am almost back to the original weight.

My challenge for this year is to lose 16Kg, which is just over 35lb.

I should be around 10stone for my height (5'5). I'm quite shocked i'm around 6stone overweight :( It's not that I actually look... morbidly obese although I shouldn't carry that much extra I carry it 'well' sorta! But here's to being at least 12stone!

I can't really jog - haven't jogged for over 18 months so tomorrow morning's jog will more than likely involve 80% walk-hop and hopefully 20% jog!
