Spreadsheet is up to date and I shall add some further information to post Number 1.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Hey up guys,

Count me in too :) I will be starting tomorrow and want to loose 12lb to start with and then I will see how I get on and whether or not to try for another 7lb!!!

Am about to make Veggie soup for lunch for the next couple of days so that will be a good start :) I will be mainly sticking to the SW principles and doing exercise too. Not paying for any SW classes though as have soooo much debt to clear it would be mentalist to fork out for that too!

I have to shift these pounds as am refusing to buy any new clothes so need to make sure I can stay in the ones I have...and they are all getting tighter by the second!

Could any of you SW experts have a look at my day, and see if I'm doing OK?

    Lunch - mushroom omelette

Dinner - seafood paella (nom nom)

Supper - I'm thinking maybe Ready Brek

Not had any snacks etc so far, one cuppa tea and plenty of water. How am I doing

Spud you are doing fine hun, make sure you get some fruit in SS ones if possible. Also make sure you do allow yourself some syns. When I first started I stuck to it 100% for the first month but I did use 5-10 syns and when I didn't have them I found I didn't really loose any weight. Also make sure you are moving more :)
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Cheers for having a look Sal. I know it isnt really alowed any more, but we have a weekly take away, always have so we save syns for that. Naughty I know, but it keeps us going.

I will crank the treadie up in a bit and do half an hour, and have just treated us to that Wii Biggest Loser that Ell mentioned yesterday :D

Spud, I toooootally agree with Sallyx! I was always told to use up the syns as when you hit some silly weight platueu thingy (sorry can't spell it but mean when you loose some weight and then it grinds to a halt!) you can reduce the syns to kick start the weight loss again! :) Foodies looks good...seafood paella? Was it a special recipe? Sounds gert lush init! :)

No special recipe. It was just onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, carrots, smoked paprika, saffron and some stock made from chicken bovril with a pack of paella rice. Bunged a pack of frozen seafood and some petit pois in at the end. Didnt weigh the seafood, but didnt get loads in my portion :D

Disaster here - have run out of Fry Light

If we cant have our weekly take away, we'll fail straight away. It worked for us when we did SW last time, and I lost 3 stone :o
