Tomorrow I'm planning a SW recipe for Morrocan butterbeans and couscous - I've made it before and its yummy and for those of you that are SW types its free on a green day.

Could you please post the recipe? Sounds yummy.
Any suggestions for easy fill-you-up brekkies? Apart from porridge, which I love, but can only eat smothered in syrup!

I have now signed up to do 3 miles in Sport Relief Mile and thank you so much for the link to the C25k as it sounds just the thing to do to train for my first run for years.

Spud having a takeaway is absolutely fine..thats what its all about - BALANCED diet! And yes we all know that they are full of fat but if you follow a low fat diet the rest of the week then there is no harm

Oh, please can I join in? I hope to lose 2 stone over the course of the year. I intend to do this by walking to work (saving on petrol money), jogging, no takeaway food and using an exercise bike when I am watching telly. Other little things like walking upstairs instead of taking the lift, parking far in supermarkets to add extra walking distance and drinking water instead of fizzy drinks and fruit juices. This will be hard, but will save me money and build up my energy.

    Thanks
