It's lush Donner. The smoked paprika is the key ingredient - just smells like veg and rice till you add that :D

Cheers for having a look Sal. I know it isnt really alowed any more, but we have a weekly take away, always have so we save syns for that. Naughty I know, but it keeps us going.

I will crank the treadie up in a bit and do half an hour, and have just treated us to that Wii Biggest Loser that Ell mentioned yesterday :D

I think a weekly treat is fine, especially if you are saving your sins:A.

Does the Biggest Loser game need a wii fit board? Only I don't have one! There's a dance game that looks fun without it and I still have amazon vouchers...

Just Dance is the one we have Skint, and we LOVE it. DH is still getting over his first try, he pulled a muscle trying too hard. Was so funny, I threw up :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I dont think you have to have the Wii Fit board to do BL. We have it but I'm sure I read you can use it without

Hi - I would love to jog but don't know where to start as I have never run before and I am very unfit - I am very conscious of being big and running on the streets

    Hi :D

I know a few peeps have covered it already but I just wanted to give my 5ps worth :p

If you are very unfit and overweight then launching head first into a running program can be damaging to your muscles and joints as well as a lot of unecessary hard work ;)

On the running thread we recommend walking to start with for 3 times a week at a pace that leaves you out of breath and sweaty but not quite running if that makes sense...you keep on this for 4-6 weeks until you can easily walk 4 miles and then you start with running proper. Basically it prepares your body for the impact and cardio shock of running :D

Thats how I started and I just got back from a 21 mile run , but feel free to carry on with C25k if you wish :)

Also once you get to 5k come along to a parkrun - free weekly timed 5ks all around the country - every standard welcome!

Good luck with the running :D

Am gonna pop my food diary into here too...have been VERY bad on the gluten/lactose front but since I'm in town tomorrow I'll stock up on gluten and lactose free yummies.

    So today:
Breakfast - 2 slices toast (no butter) with apricot jam
Lunch - 3 1/2 sarnies (small) with chicken, small sausage roll, small samosa, small onion bhaji. 2 small eclairs, 2 small chocolate brownie things and a small torte (all bite-size so not sure on calories)
    Dinner -
    ** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **
    ** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
    **SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.
