Just found this.. can I join too please?

I need to lose loads of weight :o but not sure what to aim for....

I will start cycling to work instead of driving when the weather is bit warmer (I have to drop DD (4) off at school 1st) and have started running... well I've been twice!

Thanks for that Becky. I cant imagine ever being able to run non stop for 5k :o

Well once you get onto the running bit (which you are) the best advice is to run as long as you can and then walk the rest of the way - over time push the running and reduce the walking amount - you'll be up to 5k in no time if you go out 3 times a week :D:D

Hiya Tigs, I shall add you to the spreadsheet once you have decided on your initial target, how about aiming for 10 lbs in the next 10 weeks? Thats what I am doing:D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
