I need to lose loads of weightbut not sure what to aim for....

Thanks for that Becky. I cant imagine ever being able to run non stop for 5k
Well once you get onto the running bit (which you are) the best advice is to run as long as you can and then walk the rest of the way - over time push the running and reduce the walking amount - you'll be up to 5k in no time if you go out 3 times a week:D

Well I weigh a lot more than I shouldI think at least 3 maybe even 4 stone overweight

Method : Running, was training for a 10 K before christmas but then gave up when the weather got cold!!
