I'll join in, want to lose a stone and a half by my wedding in April - not too much :)

Joined WW through Quidco so it only cost me £9.98 for 3 months, not too bad. Good to have access to the points information as well.

    Current weight - 10.5 stone.

Well I'm doing well so far, ok we're only half a day in to it, but I need to keep telling myself how well I'm doing otherwise I give up.

    Have so far eaten

    1 apple
    1 butternut squash soup
1 piece of brown buttered bread
2 cups of tea with sweetners

Dinner is steamed river cobbler with new potaoes, carrots, broccoli and cabbage.

I've also been dead good and made a huge pot of low calorie red lentil and veg soup which so far tastes yum

    dare i ask??

i've just had beef stew for tea, i was going to throw it out as it tasted awful... really awful ... but put it back in the slow cooker and added some bisto and it was really tasty and free.. mum donated the meat! Had a lovely day, enforced day off cause my car (which is a taxi) is kurplunk and i'm not at uni until tommorrow so i've really pampered myself with all my chrimbo smellies, haven't had a day off since november and it was lush ! going to have a glass of wine as a treat tonight cause i've worked all over chrimbo and not indulged at all  keep it up girls (and boy lol) :A

I have been soooo tempted by food today (day 3 for me), it's amazing how many restaurants, takeaways and chocolate I've had to pass today! I have resisted so far but it was so hard:o! Trying to keep focussed on the goal...

Hi, I hope it isn't too late to join... I have quite a bit to lose, was a WW gold member once upon a time and fell off the wagon after developing a foot injury. Anyway, I am keen to get exercising again and eating well and not spending ££ at WW meetings (and I also want to look good at my Cousin's wedding in NZ in December!) :-)

    Ok, munchings for today
B - bowl of rice krispies
L - GF ham roll, packet of quavers
Snack/Syn - iced bun - I had low sugar and was shaking!
D - GF chicken pasta bake

Also wandered around town for about 3 hours earlier with a bag that got steadily heavier.
