Good evening everyone,
So chuffed with myself as managed to do a tiny bit of yoga as soon as I got up. Not much but hopefully will be able to keep adding to it and make it into a habit. Also was doing dog walking after work for an hour.
Have downloaded the first week of C25k into my MP3 player, just need to buy trainers, bra and find the earphones.
And rachel - thanks so much for the recipe - perfect lunch option me thinks :T
Oh and I did take some measurements (bust, waist, bum) this morning as if the weight is not going down I can at least (hopefully) see some progress."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Hi Everyone,
Could I be added to the list please? I was once a Gold member of WW and found the Core plan the best but then they got rid of it and it all went to pot. I was originally 14st 8lb and got to my goal weight of 10st 10lb but as I say, they stopped the plan and I started eating more crap as I couldnt point reasonably and I thought it was too much hassle.
My weight is now (13st as of Saturday) and I want to aim for 2st. I will check in most days and tell everyone how I've done. I'm not planning on sticking to any plan as such but will cut out all the crap and stick to 3 meals a day with fruit as snacks.
Today I had:
Breakfast: Bran flakes and Banana
Lunch: Bits of chicken with yogurt (not together!)
Dinner: Indian curry with some rice and pakora (only 2)
Snacks: Fruit salad.
Also done 2 x 30min sessions on the wii fit with the kids shouting "shake a bootie" when I was hula hooping!
Tomorrow
Breakfast: Bran flakes and banana
Lunch: chicken roll with salad. Yogurt and fruit
Dinner: undecided as yet."The journey of 1000 miles commenced with a single step"0 -
Hi, I hope it isn't too late to join... I have quite a bit to lose, was a WW gold member once upon a time and fell off the wagon after developing a foot injury. Anyway, I am keen to get exercising again and eating well and not spending ££ at WW meetings (and I also want to look good at my Cousin's wedding in NZ in December!) :-)
I just need your target jac and chops22 and I shall add you.
I have updated SS with new people and we are now 72 strong:eek:.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Hi all, hope you're all doing OK today
Right, food for me so far today
Breakfast - Readybrek made with water
Lunch - tuna salad
Dinner - SW chips, egg, mushrooms and baked beans.
Snacks -Muller Light, alpen light bar, melon and satsuma. Milk for brews HE A
Am I still doing OK? Dont worry, I wont keep asking every day, just trying to get back into it
Do I need to work out syns for lunch? I have a small tuna salad with maybe a dessert spoon each of tuna and low fat coleslaw with lettuce, tomato, peppers etc every work day. I know I could leave the coleslaw, but I dont like it without, and the tuna can be a HE B cant itIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Looks OK Spud, I am not sure of the syn value of the coleslaw tho but you look well within your allowance for the day and maybe a few syns to spare:D
Today was my first day back at work and I managed to get through it without a trip to the tuck shop. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Yep, first day back for me to. I avoided the large tin of chocolates on the staff room table
Thanks for looking at my day Lou. I suppose an option for lunch would be to make something at home and take it with me, but I'm lazyIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Can you not make it at home the night before or ask your lovely fella if he can do one for you:D
It is a chore making stuff for work but it is so worth it. Today I took in a brown roll with chicken and stuffing using leftovers from yesterdays lunch. Mug shots are good fillers too and are free on green and extra easy days on SW.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
!!!!!!, I've just demolished a mince pie and one of the baby's petit filous0
