    Need to go to uni tomorrow, but I think I've earnt me a jacket spud with beans (no butter) for lunch as it's gonna be bloody freezing!

    I have the munchies.........I have had a bowl of pickled onions and a pear and I am still fancying summat:o

    Maybe a couple of tomatoes with splenda on might fight off the cravings.
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Had two slices of toast with a touch or butter and marmite for dinner, and a little bowl of chicken curry soup for lunch, i'm stil barely eating due to illness and have gastroentology (sp) tomorow.

    Hope it goes well tomorrow and that you start to feel better soon, not being able to eat due to illness is not an ideal way to lose the lbs:grouphug:
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
