I've never tried Mug Shots. Will get some when I go shopping to keep in ;)

I could do my own lunch. Laziness and not wanting to offend the cook stop me :o

    Hi

I would like to loose 7lbs. Can I join? I have been working hard to whittle the baby weight down over the last coupld of years but this last bit is very stuborn and would love some support on the last little (!) bit i.e. mummytum!

A friend who has finished her treatment for cancer has made me take a look at the way I live my life - she is on a fitness kick and has realised that she has been given another chance and is going to live life to the max - I don't want to wait until I get that warning - I want to do it now.

Anyone planning to take part in the Cancer 5km race for life? That is always my little goal and helps every year. Aim to do it again but under 30 mins - yeh and that must be a pig flying over head!!!

Please add me to the sheet. Great thread!

    Evening all

I did it - bit the bullet and wobbled on to the scales after work  and it was just as scary as I feared it might be...
I am 1/2 stone heavier than I thought which is rather poo but then I was expecting it really :o...
Will stick with my 1 stone loss goal for the next 3 months that I came up with yesterday though and see how I go, need to be realistic, and really really really want it to stay off this time!!

Today went a little something like this..
    Brekkie... muesli and yoghurt
    Lunch.. small tuna mayo roll
    Dinner.. pasta bolognese....

Did very well by refusing to indulge in the various boxes of choccies and biccies still flowing around work..
but did have a curlywurly when i got in from work...ooops... it just lept from my fridge down my throat before I knew what was happening!!!

Lou- can you add me to the spreadsheet please when you get a tick? You must be starting to wonder what you've gotten yourself in for with starting this up!! Thank you!!:j

  • Oh dear do I want to post what I ate today? It started out so good, but got slowly worse.

    Brekkie: Cinnamon apple bircher
    Lunch: Mixed salad with couscous
    Snacks: Two chocolate biscuits
After work: One disgustingly unhealthy cocktail which was minging and a few stolen chips
Tea: Mushroom, pepper and salsa quesadilla

Not as bad as it could have been I suppose. Plus I walked home after work drinks rather than getting a taxi =)

No it doesnt Lou :rotfl: After 8months I am now used to it. Its lovely not thinking about food, just picking up a packet and making it. The problem is on this diet I 'forget' to have packets. I think re-feed will be my hardest challenge. So I am hoping to hang on to this thread while going through mainanace :D

I can see how it could be quite liberating in some ways. Hopefully as long as you realise that eating again will be a challenge then you'll keep it off - lots of folk probably assume that's them finished with dieting and go back to old habits (like me every time I stop:o).
