Day off today was supposed to be at work but work has no heating :j
Instead of watching Jeremy Kyle and vegging out in front of the fire I got the vac out and did the bedrooms. I put my music on and danced away like I was in a nightclub minus the Diamond White:rotfl: It certainly passed the time away and I felt good afterwards dancing around.
I weighed myself and am 11st. I think that is good as my last weigh in at WW 2 weeks before christmas was 11st half lb so eating all those Quality Street and cheese and crackers over christmas holiday did me no harm then
I am sticking to the points system of WW to keep me on track of what I am eating, gone over by a few points yesterday and Sunday cause there is a big bar of Dairy Milk left open in the fridge:o:o
But I managed to do 1000 skips on Sunday and with todays dancing I am trying to balance the treats out by staying active a little.DMP support thread member 211 :cool:I'm only here to get some medals......honest!0 -
Anyone spot Hannah Waterman on GMTV yesterday?
She has worked her socks off but is it me or would she look better with a little bit of meat on? I just think her look was too extreme, she didn't look 'normal' she has turned into one of those lollipop head people. There is slimming to look healthy and then there is taking it to the extreme.DMP support thread member 211 :cool:I'm only here to get some medals......honest!0 -
Didn't see her on GMTV but I think she looks like she's taken it too far in the advert for her DVD. Doesn't inspire me at all :rotfl::rotfl:Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0

Her marriage has broken up too http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1240680/Hannah-Waterman-Ricky-Groves-split.htmlNothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0

Same with Geri Halliwell and Natalie Cassidy; both lost a lot of weight, slimmed and toned up but in the end found their look too demanding to upkeep and went back to being curvy, which I think suits them better.
It doesn't look a realistic weight to maintain does it?
My son said the other day 'Mum, your belly looks like chocolate rolls':o:o (ahem I might have one or two rolls but talk about 'keeping it real' :rotfl:)

The headline in one of the other papers was 'Waterman loses another 13 stone' - cruel but sooooooooo funny :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0

Awww that's sad Elli, but on a different note wouldn't you wear a black bra with that dress and I'd chase her trainer anywhere - yummy!Mortgage OP 2025 £6750/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Can I join? :T
Last year I lost 3 stone with weight watchers but I've decided not to join this year and just follow the plan on my own. I was 10st7lb before christmas but I put on 8lb  over christmas and bought some new scales which decided that instead of 11st1lb (which my old scales said) I was 11st6 1/2lb
I'm hoping to get down to 9st (I'm only 5'2") this year so I need to lose 36 1/2lb0 -
Hi LouiseJ - what a brilliant challenge! :TPlease can you add me to the list. I put on 5lbs over December by drinking too much and having too many meals out, etc. I am now 5lbs over my WW goal weight :eek:when I like to be under my goal weight. Initially I would like to get rid of this 5lbs and then lose an extra 4lbs so I'm back in my comfort zone. So please put me down for a total of 9lbs. I aim to lose this by walking 3 miles to work every day in my MBTs (even in the snow!), running 3 miles on my treadmill twice a week and using my Wii Fit to do some toning exercises 3 times a week. I am also going back to counting WW points.
Good luck everyone!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
