I need to lose a pound every ten days to reach my target of 35lbs by next christmas. So that's 3 Lbs every month. That sounds achievable, doesn't it?
I think I've had about 1400 cals today. Not too shabby:cool:What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Hey up everyone! Have just been catching up with the thread...soooo many of us on here now! Great support
Day 2 for me...yesterday was a good day, had porridge for brekkie, HM veg soup and fruit for lunch and quorn spag bol for tea and I had a protein shake after my exercise class. Today was the same apart from tea was a kinda quorn stir fry and noodles concoction and treatwise I have had a curly wurly! Dunno how many calories in my tea as used coconut milk, wasn't actually that nice as added WAY too much flavouring and made it a little bit yukky so didn't actually eat it all and gave the rest to my DD!
Done Kickboxing class last night and went out for a 3 mile run at lunchtime when it was snowing! At least it made me want to run faster to get back to work...and that has never happened before!
I think I need to look into getting more protein as the main reason I want to loose weight is to get leaner and help me with my kickboxing and running as sure I will find them easier the slimmer I am. I was thinking about going to Spinning class tomorrow (I work at a Uni and they have a gym on campus) but am kinda praying for a snow day instead! Meant to get mental down here tonight snowwise!
Well done everyone...all doing really well:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0 -
