Day off work today so this is usually my downfall...getting bored during the day!
For my breakfast ive had weetabix with seeds again...i heard they're good for you so i think ive become a bit obsessed.
And im now drinking a big bottle of water.
not sure what im doing for lunch and dinner yet, ive got a ready meal in the fridge that needs eating but its 600 cals, eek!
did any body catch the big fat diet show last night? one of the women lost (i think) 6lbs in 4 days, wow!! They reduced their calories to 1200 a day, so if i can get the hang of calorie counting i might give that a good for a good kickstart.

Morning Snowbrow!
Good idea- re the ready meal, i think i'll have half for my tea with some steamed veggies. Thanx for the tip!
The diet show was interesting, definatly worth a watch. Last night they had a woman on who was addicted to chocolate and on thursday night there's going to be a lady who is addicted to crisps, which could be me so i must watch it to see how they manage to get her to give them up!

hi there I want to join in with everyone if thats ok.
My husband and I have decided enough is enough of saying we are going to do something and then not doing it so its time for a change.
We weighed ourselves last night and set up the wii fit (which has been sitting in a box since November) we were messing with it for about 2 hours so I think we have found something that will hold our interest.
He has a lot of willpower but i have none so hopefully he will help me along the way along with everyone on here.
We have a wedding in November to go to and would be great to lose weight/slim down by then.
we have done WW before following a book that a friend lent us (although I've lost all my sheets at the mo) and I'm currently trying to find them all again as it seemed to work. Anyone know where i might get some points info without having to pay for it as we don't want to pay out this year if we can help it.
Weight now 16st 9
Target - to lose 14 lbs by end of march to begin with
total target loss - anything upwards of 40lbs would be fabulous but thinking baby steps or I will never get through it.

Morning all!
Yesterday was going well until boredom and an attack of premenstrual "I want" syndrome kicked in - begged OH to walk to the shop for me and had a diet coke (good) and a bag of maltesers (bad).
Did have the tea planned though and nothing else.
Today I'm determined to be better...
B- cornflakes (milk to dog)
L - mugshot and banana
D - morrocan butterbean thing and a little bit a rice
If desperate there's more fruit to scoff.
On SW that appears to be syn free so far - I'll goingto try to stick to it to make up for yesterday.
Hope everyone else is doing better?0 -
