My food diary for the day:

    No brekkie
Lunch: Cream cheese and green pepper sandwich, 4 cherry tomatoes and a clementine. OK I know cream cheese isn't healthy, but it was good :D
    Tea: Tagliatelle with tuna
I also own up to a chocolate orange biscuit just before lunch, but I maintain that it was forced on me.

Walked in and out of work. Will hopefully get around to doing some Wii Fit later this evening.

    Hello,

Big chocolate and biscuit munchies here :o. At least managed to do little bit yoga in the morning and some dog walking up steep hills in the afternoon. Snow on its way here I have heard so we might get snowed in during the night  so perhaps only exercise tomorrow will be yoga and Irish Dancing DVD (no - never done it before in my life )

I've been much hungrier today. Not sure if it's boredom of being off school. Been a bit ratty and headachy too. Anyway, we have another snow day tomorrow, so I'll see how that goes :o

Breakie - Readybrek (HE B )made with water

Lunch - 3 rashers turkey bacon with a tin of spaghetti (3 syns) Bag of Special K mini Bites (not a clue how many syns :o)

Dinner - grilled HM pork burgers (low fat mince), with mushrooms, green beans, peas and aubergines

Milk from HE A for brews :coffee:

Do you experts think I have I got any syns left for a Muller Light or something
