    You are obviously full of yourself now you are slim but hear this, you have changed your body size but what can you do about your aged, lined and rather unattractive face - WITHOUT resorting to surgery? ouch, she does look rather old though i was pretty shocked to learn she's only in her early 30's, good thing about being a chubster no lines, fat don't crack ;)

    Oh and I did 30minutes of the Natalie Cassidy Then and Now exercise DVD which was interesting - cant believe she doesnt wear a more supportive bra though, her boobs were all over the place!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I can't imagine doing ANY exercise without a sports bra...I swear I'd give myself black eyes!!:rotfl:

    Day one done and dusted. Luckily I was busy at work so wasn't tempted to pick (I work 4pm-8pm which is an awkward time for the munchies!!). Dinner last night was past from Gino D'Campos new Italian diet recipe book. lovely pasta but rather small portions...OH wasn't impressed!!:eek:

    Today going ok...just got to drink a bit more water as am not back up to speed on that yet

    Well we got booted out of work early today due to the horrible snow, hope they still pay us.
    Ive been a bit naughty today but ive no idea about colorie counting etc, i can work out how many ive had but i just dont know how many i should have!

    Breakfast- weetabix with sunflower and pumpkin seeds and milk
    green tea

    Snack- Banana

    Lunch- Jacket potato with cheese and beans
    packet of mini digestives (which has 6 tiny digestives in it, i dont think there
    can be that many in there...surely??)

    Snack- 2 slices of brown toast, and another packet of mini digestves...i think I
    might be addicted but that was the last packet i had, so im just not going

    Another snow refugee here, left work at 12, had to park the car about a mile from home, anyone who knows Sheffield will know all about the hills!

    So have had a fair bit of exercise as I have just taken my dog out for a walk to check on the car so thats at least 3 miles today and will probably do the same again before bed. Dog loves it in the snow, and the uphill walking in the snow does seem more strenuous and therefore must be good LOL

    Food wise I have lost my appetite, I wonder if I am coming down with cold??? That said I have had 2 lots of porridge with skimmed milk and blueberries today and plan on having butternut squash risotto for tea.
