Hi Hopelessly Helpful,
If you look at the top of your page, just below the numbers which are to tell you which page you are on, there is an option that says "thread tools", if you click that and then click subscribe to this thread.
then to see your subscribed threads, you can go to quick links (which is above the numbers that tell you which page you are on) and then view subscribed threads.
Im being a proper forum lurker today...bored as im stuck in due to snow, so let me know if you have any problems finding it and i'll try and help.

Hi Everyone, thanks louisej for starting this thread. I would love to join please i lost two and a half stone with weightwatchers and got to goal in 2008, unfortunately i have put 16 lbs back on 6.5 of those over xmas and new year. My main aim is to have 25 alcohol free days, stop having breakfasts at work easier said than done because i don't fancy work at half 5 and by the time half 10-11 comes round am ravenous and all my good intentions go out the window. Also need to up my exercise have been pretty incapacitated over the past six weeks due to having sustained a knee injury at work so was off sick for five weeks. If anyone has any ideas for post knee injury exercise regimes that would be great. I would like to loose 16lbs by the end of march.:jMBNA 0% ends 10/04/2020 £15843

Lincs - you're going to want low to no impact most likely for a while - swiming, walking, swim running (running in the pool) and cycling are all good starting points for strengthen the muscles again so they can take some impact in the future0 -

Hi,
Please can I join.?.....I desperately need to lose about 4 stones and about 20 years.!! but I will be happy to lose the weight.! I am now going to set up our Wii and use it everyday and also follow SW eating plan. I will not be going to classes, but for every pound in weight that I lose I will put £1 in money away in a jar and at the end of the year or when I have lost my 4 stones, whichever comes first I will put the money towards treating myself to a really nice outfit. I will post my weight loss every Thursday. Good luck everyone.
June 2010 - 11/56 lbs Weight to lose before May 2011.
