hiya, 2.5lb loss for me this week, at last! i was fairly good last week though, with the exception of an indian takeaway on friday night! so am pleased with my progress....November 2018 make £10/day - £21/£300

I am being really good for once, just had turkey curry but I think that the coconut milk might be not so good:o Didnt have a huge amount though and feel full up.
I think my stomache is shrinking, needed to control my portion size anyway.

1 lb this week. :jI'm back moving in the right direction.
