  • Weighed in early and have lost 1.5 lbs!Bringing my total to 1/2 a stone. I feel much less like a bloated whale than I did before...yay to that.

    LouisJ...the spreadsheet shows 1.5 lbs gone last week and unfortunately it was only 1. Thanks for your optimism on my behalf though!

    So onwards to the next 1/2 stone...

    I am going to have to leave the spreadsheet update until Monday I am afraid as I am away for the weekend. I might get chance on Sunday night but cant promise.

  • Morning all, just weighed myself and lost 1/4 lb so really pleased, its not a lot but at least its in the right direction.
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!

    Have now lost 2lbs in total! Been a bit up and down :o in a few busy weeks!
    Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!

    I realised I have been putting the wrong figure in my spread sheet for my milk calories but nevertheless have lost 1 Pound this week:T taking my total to 6 lbs. Had 7 AFDs again this week.

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • Oh dear! I have put on a pound :eek: However, that was then and this is now...... slopping off to put together a weekly meal plan and will have a loss to report next week!
