    Hi All

I lost -1lb. Absolutely delighted as I'm just back from holiday. Maybe it will sneak up on me next week :o)
You need to be content with small steps. That’s all life is. Small steps that you take every day so when you look back down the road it all adds up and you know you covered some distance.
  • gained 1lb this week. Must try harder next week. I need to do more moving I think as my diet is pretty good and maybe drink more water, or any water.
