Weighed myself this morning 12st 5.,Which means i've lost a pound without really trying. But I have tried to be good. Now I'm going to start things properly! want to lose 2st. by Sept.
Made a big pan of veggie soup,no fat,no thickening, tastes good as well.
enough to last for a while as I got a bit carried away:o.
Also went out for a walk ,went as fast as my old legs would let me.
Now I have a big problem. What can I do with the 4 big, lovely scruptious bars of choccy I have left over from Christmas?ilovetea x0 -

I dont see anything wrong with eating some choccie!! I just portion size it ie have half a wispa bar when I want some choccie! Imho theres no point starving youfself of the things you enjoy you cant do that for life just limit your treats!
Blimey you must have some self control to stop eating it half way through:eek::rotfl:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
