Zero for me this week. Not too despondent though 'cos am pleased with my progress so far ( 5 pounds).
Rolling average daily calorie count over last 32 days is 1475 and have had 7 alcohol free days this week.
To be honest I probably need more exercise but I have so much work to do that I'm very desk bound.
Anyway, Good Luck allWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Hi everyone. I'm not weighing in this week cos I'm doing Paul McKenna's "I Can Make You Thin" weight loss plan so I don't weigh in until Day 15 and today I'm on Day 7. I'm absolutely loving this plan though - I'd recommend it to anyone. I feel great and I'm sure I have lost weight cos I feel slimmer and my clothes are looser. Well done to all of you - we'll all reach our target I know we will.Sober October = 0 alcohol free days
