    Morning all!
Haven't checked in for a while but I weighed this morning and have managed to stay the same which I'm quite pleased with.
I started at a new school this week and its been a bit hectic and stressful (always hard being the new girl, even if you are a teacher!:rotfl:)

I have done quite a lot of walking as I've had my mum's puppy to look after as well as my own dog so that's probably helped.

I'm having a relaxed day foodwise today but will start back on the wagon tomorrow - I would like to lose another 5 lbs so will perservere.....

  • I have managed to squeeze another 1lb loss and am very happy with that. i didn't have a massive amount to loose and had been really struggling with the last bit. I had to eat so much less and get off my bum...
