Unfortunately 0lb for me for the second week running. :( Hoping as it's February today it will be a chance for a new start. 5 weeks today I'll be on holiday so need to spur myself into action!
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • Have lost 1lb this week!! I feel quite happy with that as it makes 2lbs and I feel that I can keep them off. I think that the 7lbs that i thought isn't going to happen...... it's a marathon not a sprint... repeat until end....

    Weight loss 2010 - 1/7lbs
  • I subscribed to this thread but a few things have prevented me from joining fully. I have decided today (after realising i am 4.5lb heavier than when i was 9mths pregnant with 3rd child who is now 2!) i am going to lose weight.

I have 84lbs to lose in total but as i am so depressed that i am so much heavier i shall do it a stone at a time. TARGET 1 Lose 14lb by March 10th (6 weeks!! average 2lb week with a 4lb loss first week!) here we go!!!
DFW since JAN 2009 - 2014 will be the year i finally clear debts :) Just to see which month :))))

3lbs off for me this week - should have been more, have cheated SOO much! :o

Will try harder this week, although am more than pleased with half a stone in two weeks, just frustrated that I'm not sticking to it 100% when it's costing a fortune.

    Welcome Natalie. :T

Ok - I am a slow starter! After joining this challenge I went to Scotland then to Manchester and had a friend staying from America so much food and drink was consumed! I finally got my act together last week and joined WW online through quidco at a princely sum of £0 for 3 months! I don't appear on you spread sheet - I am guessing It's cos I haven't posted - but would you be able to add me? I am trying to loose at least 2stone by May!

Anyway week 1 went very well - I lost 7.5 pounds this week!

The weight losses so far on the tracker look fab - well done everyone!!!

Louise, could you please remove me from the spreadsheet? I have decided to put my scale in the cupboard. I am increasing excercise and reducing the amount of processed food and only use tape measure to follow my progress. Going on the scale and
seing no drop in weight is a tad too upsetting when my tape measure and how I am feeling tells me that I am going to the right direction so no scale for me from now on

You need to be content with small steps. That’s all life is. Small steps that you take every day so when you look back down the road it all adds up and you know you covered some distance.

Weighed myself this morning 12st 5.,Which means i've lost a pound without really trying. But I have tried to be good. Now I'm going to start things properly! want to lose 2st. by Sept.
Made a big pan of veggie soup,no fat,no thickening, tastes good as well.
enough to last for a while as I got a bit carried away:o.
Also went out for a walk ,went as fast as my old legs would let me.
Now I have a big problem. What can I do with the 4 big, lovely scruptious bars of choccy I have left over from Christmas?
