  • I've gained 0.5lbs this week. I can't complain really cos I've been stuffing my face all week.

I'm determined to lose next week. Thank you all for the inspiration and keeping me motivated when usually I'd be giving up right about now.

That's still 4.5 lbs lost this month which is pretty good for me. If I can do the same next month I'll be pleased.

I lost 1.5 on wed and have been so good.....until today when a whole day with OH has driven me to comfort eat 3 flapjacks 4 jammy dodgers and 2 chocolate coins. Am so annoyed with myself as It was so flipping hard to loose that 1.5 pounds. :( Off to London tomorrow so will be very hard to be good....must must must
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

But Spud it's what we are supposed to aim for - between half a pound and two pounds is way to go apparently:). Means it's more likely to stay off. And two pounds a week is still less than a couple of months for each stone to come off.
