I've lost 4lbs this week - pretty pleased with that considering I only really did CD for 3 days. I feel really fat though, which is strange considering the decent weight loss. Perhaps I'm retaining water, that usually makes me feel like this.

My aim today is to drink 4 pints of water to try to reduce it.

  • Hey up peeps, a 1 and 1/2lbs off for me this week. I am now weighing in at 10 stone 10 1/2 pounds and am 5 foot 7 and have squeezed into my size 12 (wide legged I hasent to add!) jeans!

I think this weightloss will start to slow down very soon though so will begin to find it hard to loose more weight. I am now exercising 6 times a week as want to get a toned more muscler appearance, think Sarah Connor in Terminator 2! Which could result in me actually weighing more due to muscle weighing more than fat!

One thing I WILL do this week is drink more water as realised I have hardly been drinking any at all...not good!

*hugs* for you Blade. Hope your mum gets better soon. Try to sneak the odd healthy thing in when you're on the run though, eating carp will make you feel even worse.

Haven't eaten much for the last couple of days due to generally feeling rough. Think I might have a touch of *shhh* constipation. So have gone back to the green smoothies after falling off the wagon a bit last week. Hopefully it will get me moving again so to speak hehe.

Well I found out today that one of my assignments for uni is to change a behavior and keep a diary about it every day for 6 weeks. Then we have to evaluate how successful we were. So hopefully I'll stay right on track with the weight loss that way!

  • Hi, I posted just after Christmas but lost the thread (having put on a pound - Mr MM lost 8.5lbs). I want to lose about 4 stone over the coming year, OH wants to lose about 10 stone. Our weight losses so far are:

    14th Jan - 2lbs off (Mr MM 2.5lbs off)
    21st Jan - 2.5lbs off (Mr 5.5lbs off)

I have to go on my own this week as Mr is away. A bit nervous as I had a hen do at the weekend. I would like to lose another 2lbs as that would bring me down to the next number and hit the 2 stone lost mark. I've got until Thursday. Eek
