I am wondering what to do with the members who gave me initial targets to go on the Spreadsheet but as yet have not updated. I would like to tidy the spreadsheet up as there are alot of gaps which makes finding people more diffficult for me.

If nobody minds could I remove members who have not updated since the start of the challenge by next week (4 weeks).

Louise: Last week 0, this week 0 :(

However another 1cm off from belly and bum :D

  • 2lbs for me this week. So that's 6 in total since I started, and my original target was 10 but I'm gonna try to keep it going since I have alot more to lose. But I'm very pleased with the results so far as my BMI has gone down a point and I have to wear a belt with my trousers now!

This week I've been eating alot of jacket potatoes with olive spread instead of butter and baked beans. They're so filling and low in calories/fat - plus money is rather tight until payday on Friday so I'll be living off lovely spuds this week.
