  • Has anyone ever been to an event at The ICC in Birmingham? I'm going next Saturday to see Paul McKenna's "I Can Make you Thin" event (let's hope he does!) and it's in Hall 1. There are no ticket numbers so I presume it's best to get there when the doors open and try to get the best seat. Any advice? Also - I'm travelling by train to Birmingham - does anyone know how far it is from the station? Just rang to find out but they're closed till Monday.

Super super Spud :j and her lil family. Spud you are amazing, seriously. It goes to show though when you are all motivated you can do it. I really dont think CD was suited to you, this healthy eating and exercise looks like it is

    Amazing :A

I wont be posting an updated for a while yet Lou, I have had to come of my diet plan and eating again I have actually gained around 7lb. But I am back on plan in Feb plus I am now allowed to exercise (as I am off the diet) I hope to see the scales drop again :T

Still fllowing this thread though, you are all doing amazinly well, even those of you who only lose 1lb a week its a step nearer to your goal, and ultimately being much more healther :T

    keep going :j

Aww ta Pap. SW suits me much better, simply because we can all follow it. I think CD made me develop quite an unhealthy attitude to food, even though I was quite happy while I was on it, it was a different matter once I stopped it. Plus, as you know, it wasnt good for the kids (especially DD) to see me not eating.

Good luck when you do go back to it in Feb. You're doing so well hun, cant wait to do a RFL or something similar together :T
