0lbs for me this week. Hasn't helped that it was my birthday this week and it's DD next week. I will get more focused once that is out of the way (can't resist birthday cake!).

    Hey LouiseJ,

Think you've got my totals wrong. I lost 3 lb in week 2 ( you've got me down as 1.5)

    This week I've lost another 2lb so that's 6lb in total :j

    Thank you xx
  • Hi there,
well done to all you losers and for those who haven't, you are still here and still thinking about it - you will make it happen.

Lost 2lb this week, so 4 to date, which I am pleased with.

    Thanks

  • I thought I was being good by having soup and bread for dinner....til I googled the calories in a 1/2 French stick and realised it was around 500!

But while I was googling I found this interesting article about swapping foods to save calories: http://women.timesonline.co.uk/tol/life_and_style/women/body_and_soul/article1840003.ece
