Never had a problem losing weight , its keeping at it that gets me .. I get bored and fed up a month or so in and on it all goes again lol .

0 lb for me this week, my Mum is in hospital v poorly so I have been grabbing food when I can and its often been snacks etc. Heigh ho, I have more pressing things to think about at the moment than my spare tyre.
Wish I could give Mum some of my excess, she has lost 2.5 stones in 7 weeks and is like a sparrow

Have gained 1lb in just over a week
I did go over my maximum calorie/fat allowance twice this week and have only been exercising twice a week instead of four times. Also had argument with OH earlier and ate a cake and a giant lollipop as I was fed up!
This week I will have a go at the toning section on the 'ministry of sound' workout DVD borrowed from my sister, she was saying how good it was, so will aim to do the workout x3 this week (is only 15 mins for that section), plus 40 mins x1 on stepper, 40 mins x1 jogging and 40 mins x1 on exercise bike. Also watch calorie intake like a hawk (and no more emotional overeating!)0 -
Aw Blade hope your mum is ok. Keep positive and dont reach for the biccies cause when she is better you will kick yourself. Look after yourself and take care :heart2:0
