  • I have lost 2lbs - sooo happy because on Monday I had loads of cocktails and chips down the pub but I've been good all week to make up for it.

So I'm nearly at my target, but Louise, please could you raise my target on the spreadsheet to 14lbs? It'd be nice to get to a whole stone.

Lou, could I up my target please to 28lb? I thought we were only going for a month or so that's why I put it down as a stone.

Of course Skinty, I was going to run it for 10 weeks initially but I will keep things going as long as we need it:D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Hi all:j

Sorry to report 0.5 lb ON this week....:mad::mad: Not good, but at least DH has 'suggested' having a walk every day after lunch, which sounds great to me. This was after watching Fat Families, so maybe he sees some kind of parallel here??:rotfl: I don't care why, just hope he does it, wish me luck & fine weather.

Update on the walking - well, we did it despite having the excuse of needing to take car for MOT, got back & went off for a walk round the block. :j Hopefully that will help, although looks like DD has given me her lurgy & have had to take a couple of hot lemons - hope it doesn't develop any further. Want to keep doing the walks most days, not that healthy as we had to go along a busy road for most of it though:rotfl:
