  • Hi all,

I found this really great weight tracker (click on the link in my signature), but I don't know how to add it to my signature to show as an image. If someone knows, please tell me how. Thanks

You can all make your own by going to the website.

I have lost 2lb this week, so still on track.

    Good luck all.

Another 1lb off - slowly but surely
You need to be content with small steps. That’s all life is. Small steps that you take every day so when you look back down the road it all adds up and you know you covered some distance.
  • I didn't weigh myself last week as I was away so decided to wait until today again. Even with being away last week and again Thurs Fri this week I have managed to lose another 1lb so really chuffed with that as the food eaten while away was quite rich but no opportunity to snack so that helped. Mind you for valentine I have been given a rather large toblerone - oh dear.
