Unfortunately i have lost 0lb this week not really surprised as i have done the usual lost some not noticed a difference and kind of gone off track but as i am posting here i really want to do this. I am on hols on Mon for 2 weeks so hoping i can fit in a lot more exercise and start again.
Well done to all that have lost and to those who havent lets not lose hope we can do it with the support on here

I didn't weigh myself last week as I was away so decided to wait until today again. Even with being away last week and again Thurs Fri this week I have managed to lose another 1lb so really chuffed with that as the food eaten while away was quite rich but no opportunity to snack so that helped. Mind you for valentine I have been given a rather large toblerone - oh dear.The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.
