  • I have lost another 1lb this week - I have been a bit naughty with a trip to the chippy mid week but then again on Friday I walked 10 miles!

Bit disappointed it was only 1lb but I've been really hungry this week and have had a few chocolate trips to the work vending machines mid afternoon. Would just like to say thanks to Louise, cos I've now lost 10lbs and would never have had the motivation to start a diet, let alone stick with it, had I not seen this thread!

Just reporting in to say I have STS this week - bit disappointing as I do FEEL slimmer LOL. However, the combination of lots of hot lemon drinks this week & a free meal out on Friday took their toll. The amount of food on offer was daft - before the game, starter, main course & pudding; at half-time soup & sandwiches:eek: - & after the game, pie & mushy peas:eek::eek::eek: Added to that a free bar & whoops!! In fact, looking at that I'm happy to STS.....:T

  • 0lbs for me this week. Thats OK. I didn't try that hard and just pleased not to be going backwards. Just waiting for some good weather and start walking the pounds off. Later evenings will be very welcome!

If you were doing WW you'd get a star for that Elfen - well done:xmastree:(this was the only smiley with a star I could find):o:D!

I'm trying to see it as half a stone at a time and that is helping.
