Soooo happy! I must admit the all day hangover I had yesterday helped as I couldn't face any food at all

Hello........I'm absolutely starving...and 40 minutes to go till lunchbreak!!
Today have had Special K and grapes for brekkie, will be having Special K with grapes for lunch, low cal biscuit mid afternoon, and chicken breast (not decided how to cook it yet) with jacket spud for dinner.

Why was I not aware of the foodFocus website before? It's so so good and amazingly helpful. And it seems to be working! It somehow works better for me than following SW or WW plans as I don't feel I'm really cutting back - only on portion sizes and I'm jjust about living with that! I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't checked it out yet. Looking forward to weighing in on Sunday. Hope everyone's OK.

Afternoon all!
Yesterday was ok - stuck to the plan and made a quorn curry for tea with a weightwatchers sauce - surprisingly nice!
Today I've scoffed cereal for breakfast, 4 water biscuits with 2 laughing cow extra light triangles, a kiwi, 100g grapes and a banana.
Will be making veggie fajitas for tea -sticking to the 1200 cal rule.
Going swimming in a minute with OH - I'm teaching him to swim properly and whilst he's practising I do more lengths - hopefully about 400 cals worth tonight.
Don't forget the Big Fat Diet Show on C4 tonight - at least it makes you feel like you are not alone!0 -
Hi everyone. Snowdonlily - I know what you mean - I discovered this morning that I can't fit into any of my work trousers! :eek: Good job I have plenty of skirts! Off to my keep fit class tonight so hoping all that leaping around will help towards my weight loss this week. Have been wearing my pedometer too all week and making sure I do 10,000 steps every day. The dog's exhausted!;)Sober October = 0 alcohol free days

Know what you mean cornishman86 about food focus. I had a wander over there after someone mentioned it on here. Its fab!! I think its better than ww and sw as i dont feel as if i have given many things a miss this week. i have cut back on portion sizes though. Foodfocus has also made me aware of how much of my diet is based on carbs therefore i'm aiming to replace some of the carbs with protein. I also like the way you can imput exercise into this i know you get bonus points to use on ww but on the whole i really like this site so if you haven't had a look already check it out everyone!!Mortgage free 25/9/2019 8years and 7 months early 😁😁😁0

Really good start to the year....got weighed yesterday and have not put any weight on over christmas! Unbelievable!
Also joined the gym today and off for my induction on fri...might kill me so will have to take it S L O W L Y!!!!!
Joining weightwatchers (again!) on sat...gave up a few weeks before christmas after losing half a stone. Luckily kept that off so it's back on the wagon for me!
