Trying very had to be good this week. Started the Special K two week diet yesterday, have stuck to it up to now so.....so far so good. Even took my Special K to work today.......much to my colleagues' amusement!
Yesterday I had cereal for breakfast and lunch and for dinner spiced turkey skewers, brown rice and broccoli. Today, I've had Cereal for breakfast and lunch and for dinner I'm going to have Jacket spud with tuna mayo. I also eat fruit in between....don't know if you're supposed to.
I know its not a diet to stick to long term, I'm just hoping it will give me a good kick start!Total debt at LBM £26k+Total debt now £16,494.40Tesco CC 11/2/11 Total - £1,387.20 - Now £00 -
Hello!
As they weighed after 4 days on the telly programme (Anna Richardson 1200 cals a day diet thing) I did too and the scales say I've lost between 3 and 4 lbs! I don't totally believe it as it seems too good to be true? I have stuck to it religiously so far and am only doing it for 2 weeks as a kick up the bum but I'll be happier weighing on Thursday morning which will be a full week - might believe it then if the reading is the same (or better!).
Hmmmm - stick to it and soldier on for a few more days......0 -

Does anyone have any good ideas for low fat snacks? I always seem to get the munchies about 9pm and crave something crunchy (like crisps, nuts, popcorn, biscuits etc - I could go on and on!)Sober October = 0 alcohol free days

Well I had my first weekly weigh in, lost 0lbs! (Im only counting whole numbers, not decimal places). I did no exercise last week, and people in work were bringing in leftover xmas goodies, which didnt help!
Do we update the spreadsheet on page 1 ourselves, or does the thread starter do it? That'll be a lot of work to keep up to date!Debt at 1/1/11 £7,049.75, now £6,682.12 at 9/3/110 -

If you're anything like me it's difficult to stop when you get started with this lot!! Why not try some nibbles that are relatively good for you - bananas are really filling tho they fail dramatically on the crunch factor! A couple of handfuls of cornflakes has gotta be better for you than a bag of crisps, or go for some mixed seeds and berries with a few nuts rather than a half a ton of cashews or pistachios... all the guilty secrets coming out now..:o:oFeeFee

Has anyone got a banana bread recipe? Me and OH were having a think and I thought banana bread would be nicer than normal GF bread, as the banana would make it a bit softer.** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
