  • I've just got my new Wii Dance game in the other day from Tesco (I think I paid about £16 for it)....anyway.......Loving the different styles of dance and you're having so much fun on it that you forget that you're excercising......

I've now lost 2 pounds....not loads I know, but it's a start and it's something that I think as I'm having fun, that I'll be able to stick to.....

Also helping me at night time as that's when I snack the most on choccy....

My tip for weight loss even if it is slow weigh loss

    Afternoon all!
Stuck to it yesterday but caught myself sticking a small choccy biscuit in my gob today in the staff room.
    Hmmmm....

I did stop there but was surprised at the reflex reaction of "see biscuit -eat it"!

Today I've had cereal and mostly fruit (and a biscuit) and a pack of oat nibbles - tonight's tea is left over curry and brown rice.
It's weigh in day tomorrow so will hopefully be telling you about a loss tomorrow. Fingers crossed...
  • Good luck at your weigh in rachelmck - I know what you mean about the reflex action - I find myself absent mindedly scoffing biscuits and sweets and work - can't do it at home cos we haven't got anything fattening in so I have to choose fruit or yoghurt if I'm feeling snacky.

L - GF ham roll, pack of quavers
    D - beef korma, rice.
    ** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **
    ** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
    **SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.
  • I am very happy with myself this week. Managed 1400 calories yesterday, and I had some chocolate included in that. I think I'd die if I gave it up completely so I'm cutting down but still enjoying a little!

I had salad today at work, and the other girls had massive plates of chips. But they're all on the Special K diet, so they're having Special K for brekkie and dinner and gorging for lunch - I think I prefer my way of eating the same amount, just better stuff!

Just checking in to see how everyone is doing, I will update the spreadsheet tomorrow night:D

Just watched the big fat diet show and they all sucessfully managed to drop a dress size in 2 weeks by reducing calorie intake to 1200 a day.

Keep up the good work everyone:T
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
