Ok, am still popping my food diary up, as seeing it in blackand white pushes me to behave.

    So far:
B - 1/2 bowl cereal, cup of tea
(planned) L - bowl of soup, GF roll
(planned) D - 1/2 portion spag bol, GF pasta.

Means I need to go shopping in a sec for mince and spag bol sauce.

Hi all - sorry was really busy last over the weekend and didnt get a chance to post my Weight In. LOST 2 LBS yay go me :T

Have a question for all you knowledgable people......
We have Wii Fit normal game and have been doing this every night and have just bought the biggest loser so just waiting on it being delivered but
was also tempted to buy Wii Fit PLUS but is it worth it since I have the original game does anyone know if there is much difference between them??

A BIG well done to everyone out there. Everyone deserves a pat on the back for the effort they are putting in. :T:j:T:j

Kiwi, we've just got Wii Fit Plus, already had Wii Fit. We only tried it yesterday, and today but we LOVE what we've seen so far. It's got lots of extra games, multiplayer etc.
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

*wants a Wii but Pint may kill me* I already have a 360 so I can't justify a Wii - not even for fitness!

Fab sounds good to me spud- just didn't want to buy it and then find out there was hardly anything new on it - wouldn't be very MSE.

So far we are having great fun on it. I don't think I would be on it as much if my OH wasn't really into it and saying "go on have a go sure just 5 minutes is better than nothing" and then I am sure he regrets it cos I take over and won't come off it. But thought maybe a different game or two would also encourage us incase we get a bit bored with the same ones.

....off to buy wii fit plus......

don't give up it could just have been a slow week for you and isn't it better to have lost it than have put it back on. :D
we all have weeks like that just keep coming back here for some reassurance and take each day as it comes.
Theres always another day to get back on the wagon - don't beat yourself up about it.

Oh, I need to change my planned dinner - forgot we have half a joint of lamb left, so it'll be shepherd's pie, probably with extra veggies.

I think it's about 15 extra games, plus new yoga poses, jogging courses, muscle exercises etc. You can set it to work specific areas of the body too :D
