    hi All

Well done everyone. I stayed the same 0/17 - aim to do much better for next week :o)
You need to be content with small steps. That’s all life is. Small steps that you take every day so when you look back down the road it all adds up and you know you covered some distance.

Tiny I dont have a target for you on my SpreadSheet, could you let me know how much you want me to put down as your weight loss target for the challenge?

    Well done on the 2lbs:T

I don't really have a target (other than "as much as possible" lol), could you put me down for 36lbs? Anything even half close would do me!

    Hi!
The 1200 cals a day thing is so far going OK - today is day 4 of 14.
I haven't weighed, I'm going to leave it until next Thursday when the first week will be up but I can report that I do feel less bloated and the dreaded girly friend has come calling today so that should help too! (Sorry to the boys!)

Just done very vigourous housework for 90 mins which the exercise calculators say is about 300 cals so pleased with that.

Making a roast chicken dinner today (roast quorn joint thing for me) and so will incorporate that into the day's exercise.

Having a little sit down (am kn*ckered!) and then will think about an exercise DVD (and maybe do it!)

Well done to everyone else - you all seem to be doing really well!

    Hi all,

    I have lost 1lb :j

Well done to all those who have lost and positive thoughtsto those who have gained or stayed the same xxxx
  • Just weighed myself and can't believe I've lost 4.5lbs :j:j. It's also 'that time' so even more pleased. I know most of it will be water and I probably won't manage that again but woohoo!

Well done to everyone else with losses and to those that haven't managed it yet don't fret. Just start from scratch again and you'll get there.

  • What with all the snow and whatnot I haven't managed to get my lardy bum down to boots so although I'm dieting I didn't have a start weight. Will get myself down there some point next week.
