Well done to all the updaters whether you have lost or not, keep coming back and I am sure with the support of DFW the weight will just drop off:D
I have updated the Spreadsheet traker, you will know if I have added/updated as I use the thanks button to those I have updated. If I have thanked you that means I have seen your post.
Not sure how much I will be around next week as Mon-Weds I work till past 7pm but I havent forgotten you if I dont get here for a few days.
I will update dance of the day from work in my lunch hour;)
I have a huge vat of lentil soup cooking so I am hoping that will see me though the week for lunch. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
I have lost nothing but that was to be expected since I am also still eating Christmas left overs.
So next week I will do it.
xxxxNevertheless she persisted.0 -

Hi all:j
I wasn't hopeful of losing anything this week as DD was still home from uni - cue egging me on to eat choccies & puddings etc - MUCH easier when she's not here!! Taken her back to Manc this afternoon - & lo & behold I have lost 1LB this week :j:jNot much I know but I didn't expect to lost anything at all. well done everyone on their losses, get back on the wagon if you gained - lots of lovely support on here.
Tks Louise for totalising - Love the avatar too. MY DD is a Moz fan & we got her the Mozzipedia as part of her pressies at Christmas..:DNew start JAN15 - NOT BUYING IT 2015 . Long haul DFW #145 : 2011 DEBTBUSTING : £5500 OD GONE, £2000 OD - GONE £93,610.30 cc & loan debt - GONE 27.6.14 FINALLY DEBT & MORTGAGE FREE :happyhear0 -
Foodwise, I've not done too well as keep binging on the left over xmas chocs
Also done no exercise whatsoever during the last week - haven't been able to go out running due to the snow/ice. I have a lateral thigh trainer/stepper thingy in the spare room, I WILL go on it tomorrow for 40 minutes!
:j I did the full 40 minutes on the stepper, go me!However have since had 8 sweets...
I've decided to go ahead and order the scales I saw on Amazon as I can't think of anything else to spend xmas money on and if I hold onto it for much longer, it will just disappear on general bills. Have also seen a book about running that I will get at the same time. Really want the snow to go away now, so I can restart my running plan.

Seeing how much other people have lost has really made me motived to give it a better go next week.
On the spreadsheet it says that collectively we've lost 76 pounds - in the first week. That's incredible - well done everyone!0 -
I, too am determined to have a loss this week
Good luck everybody :jSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
76lbs collectively...that's just amazing.
My first goal is to lose 7lbs in January and try to get into some regular eating habits. i.e. no pigging out for no reason and definitely no eating when I'm not hungry (what a waste of money as well as making me fat).
I'm also planning to walk for miles this week and have done two 45min walks in the snow this weekend.
Good luck with your plans this week everyone. I'll be reviewing mine next weekend.Debt @ Dec 2009 £10,026.05

Hi, I signed up for this a week or so ago, but have only really started trying hard in the past couple of days. I am not sure what day weigh in's should be posted, but I am not going to weigh again until Friday. When I started last Friday, I had the shock of my life when I weighed in at the heaviest I have ever been, so i am determined to shift the excess :-(I'm buying No More Toiletries, I'm Deluttering and I'm Losing Weight for 2010!0
