  • Well done everyone - seems like we are all on the right track!:T

Feeling the munchies today - had breakfast (I don't normally as not normally hungry in the mornings - naughty I know!) but still feel like eating. Roll on lunchtime!:rotfl:

  • Yeay I'm glad to say I have rather unexpectedly lost 2lb.

I really didn't think I'd lost any weight so I've been putting off weighing myself until today :j

  • According to the latest update on Louise's spreadsheet, we have lost a combined weight of 62lbs between us. That, according to google, is the weight of an AVERAGE 8 YEAR OLD!!!

    Well done everyone!!

  • Hi all, this week hasn't been the best and that is reflected in my weigh in. Rather embarassing, but I'm being honest about it. Sorry to lower the overall total I've gained 3lbs. However, I have just found the website a few of you have talked about, FoodFocus, and I am going to be really stricty with myself on there. I am determined to make 2010 my year for getting back in shape.

Well done to all the great losses this week, keep it up!!

I wonder if we can get to 100lbs lost by tonight once everyone updates their losses:D

I have been doing housework to an old Ash CD, I am rewarding myself with a cup of coffee with a smidgen of single cream in it;)

Lunch will be scrambled eggs with salmon and for dinner I have some leftover pork which I will do pots and veg with.

Hopefully a full week back to work for me this week which means for 2 days I will be out from 8am - 8.30pm so I must plan ahead in order to avoid the tuck shop:o
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I need to plan to as I am out of the house for over 12 hours each day - and that's when it all starts to go wrong! Being starving and just grabbing the nearest thing on the eay home :o A trip to Tesco for me today I think

I am going to buy a couple of Mug Shots as these are free on SW green and extra easy days. I will also take a load of fruit and some couscous to make up at work.

    Hello,

Lost 2 pounds which I am surprised of as I sort of lost the plot.

1.5 lbs off for me, I could have done so much better though, the last couple of days I've been eating junk. I will try to do better next week but I'm in a bit of an emotional slump and with a house full of chocolate it's not a great diet recipe.
