Hi everyone. Pleased to report that I've lost 3lb - woohoo! I'm really pleased and feel v. motivated to get to my goal no matter what. I joined a new aerobics class and have been doing lots of dog walking in the snow and 15 mins on the treadmill every day. No booze since New Year's Eve either so that must help (and I feel SO much better for it). Good luck to everyone. Bye for now.Sober October = 0 alcohol free days

Very pleased to report that I've lost 2lbs this week. Actually quite shocked as it's my "wrong week" and I usually put on weight. However have been eating and drinking less now I'm back at work and all the Christmas goodies have gone. Well done everyone!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Hi all - not very good this week -
+1 lb
I think I put this down to not really planning my meals and having to do a daily shop as opposed to a weekly as I hadn't planned and when I finish work at 6.oo just feel like cooking something quick. Additionally I have got into the habit of having a large glass of wine each night - Never mind have planned for this week and hopefully my sainsburys shopping will be delivered - if the snow isn't too bad! Good luck everyone for next week!0 -
