Well done everyone on your losses.

0lbs for me this week. Weighed in on Weds at class in the evening because of the weather - I normally weigh in the mornings so hoping for a decent loss next week! xx

Well done everyone, I'm so pleased for you all! :D I haven't been able to weigh myself since I joined the challenge, so I don't even know what my start weight is yet. I usually use my Gran's scales when I visit her, but have been unable to get to see her for the last two weeks.

I've decided to treat myself to a set of scales with my christmas money - saw these on Amazon, what do you think? Or does anyone have a recommendation for some decent scales?

Foodwise, I've not done too well as keep binging on the left over xmas chocs :o Also done no exercise whatsoever during the last week - haven't been able to go out running due to the snow/ice. I have a lateral thigh trainer/stepper thingy in the spare room, I WILL go on it tomorrow for 40 minutes!

I have lost 1lb which is fine but am sure that it could only be 1/2 as I can't be 100% sure of my starting weight - I'm not proud. I will call it the full 1lb:p.

Must do better next week. If back at work it will be much easier as it is too tempting at home during the day.

I lost 1lb this week! Pretty good seeing as I was bad food wise this week (that time of the month and all that). Really going to push it next week, got a menu planned and i've timetabled fitness in. Well done everyone!
