What a great motivational post! Count me in please I would like to start with 1 stone. Will be following SW with old books, but not going to class. Will dust off the exercise machines and DVD's.
Just got to find some scales so I know where I am starting from. Have avoided having them in the house for some reason.......!

I had porridge for breakie with maple syrup and a pitta with toms cuc and mozarrella and basil and have got a beef stew in the slow cooker......they make you so hungry though does any one find??

Oooh and I went sledging with the kids (and carried one home!) so I think thats a few cals burnt.

I got a letter through to start my GP exercise referal, but its on a day I work, which is a shame, and I dont have a spare £30 knocking around to pay for them

    Hi

I've just weighed and stayed the same. 0/28lb

Must admit I haven't been trying as much as I could have. On saying that, I usually have a glass (or 2!) of wine every night. This week I haven't had a drink other than during a family meal out on Wednesday evening so I haven't done too badly. Must drink more water though.

Exercise was out of the window - I've decided to go swimming at least twice a week but it's been far too cold!! (Or perhaps I'm not so committed!!).

I've decided to weigh in every Friday so hopefully I'll lose some poundage by next Friday!!
