    It's official!

I have lost 4.5 lbs in 7 days!!!!!

I am elated! Today is day 8 of 14 and I'm aiming for 7 lbs so fingers crossed.
I've stuck to 1200 cals a day almost religiously and it seems to be working so far. I have done a few swimming sessions and a bit of other exercise like walking the dog (but I do that every day anyway).

So, 7 more days including today and then I'll shift to 1400cals instead to lose the rest of the weight I want to lose (about 12 lbs total weight loss).

The 1200 cals thing seems to be a good kick start but I'm not sure you can maintain it for a long time.

    Anyway, I'm happy for now!

Hello there, is it too late for me to join - would like to lose 7lbs - its the sweets and chocolate - I regularly eat a big bag a day to my self - how scary is that when I look at all the sugar and calories, no wonder I am feeling tired all the time. Just found the thread so hopefully will get motivated. Thanks.
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!

    Well done lotties mum!

Today I'm totally disorganised and didn't have any milk for breakfast and no lunch for uni. Hopeless - so I'm off to Mr T's in a minute to replenish the supplies.

Still on 300 cals so far for the day so on track but feel useless!
