    Wow...it's very quiet in here...I hope everyone's OK?

    This week I can report a loss of -1.75lbs, and am relieved with that. I still need to really speed this up if I'm going to get anywhere near my target though, so I guess I ought to start exercising again, eh? Heh. :o

  • I forgot to report I lost a pound this week, however hormonal munchies may have changed that but hopefully I'll at least keep it off this week!
    I've swam 1/2 a mile and done a yoga class this week already so I hope I can work it off.

    OMG I've booked a beach holiday in August and I am sooooooo fat!!!!! None of my holidays clothes would fit me at the moment so I just have to lose weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

    I will weigh myself in the morning and start a diet RIGHT NOW. I should be able to lose weight by August 4th.....:eek:
    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
