Please can i join. I will aim to loose 3ib by 13th or 14th when this challenge finishes and then sort out another target. I need to loose around 2 stone in total.
I have lost around 6 stone to date though it has taken 3 years but last year has been up and down and i need to really focus again.
Hopefully this thread will help to keep me on track.

In the short term though, I think I've lost 1lb, its quite marginal and when I bend over to look closely the dial seems to move....
