Hi all,
I have managed a small loss of -0.75lb this week, although I'm not sure how accurate this is as my scales are on carpet and seem to swing 2 or 3lbs in either direction depending on their mood  I really need to get a piece of board for putting underneath them. Still, I've done no exercise this week except riding my motorcycle so I mustn't grumble I guess. Must do better next week, though, otherwise my goal will be invisible over the horizon. :mad:Mortgage-Free WannabeMortgage at start [20/6/12]: £151,800/MFD Jun 2035 (age 65)Mortgage now [5/11/14]: £139,212.14/MFD Oct 2029 (age 59)Personal Library 2014:starmod: Read in 2014: 57/60 :starmod: In Progress: 2 :starmod: Books In: 94 :starmod: Books Out: 12 :starmod: TBR: 847 :starmod:0 -
I have the same problem with my scales, but- drum roll please...... I am going to the gym tomorrow and have decided to use my gym-kitted pre workout weight as my official weekly weigh in:o
I don't think I can influence those scales in any way

+3lb for me (since I last reported in back in January) - I have been really bad! Now only 12 days until I have to fit into a dress for a posh party, arrrgghh!! Did my Davina DVD on Saturday and my legs are killing me still. I'm thinking if I cut out all the rubbish food and exercise every day then I might just look OK in my dress. Why do I always leave it until the last minute?! xxTrying to jump back onto the moneysaving wagon .... :cool:0

Not weighed myself this week but been told by doc to try and lose 1 stone by the 6th June so thats doable right? (she says hopefully) so that will be my target for now which doesnt fit in with the 10 week scenario but fingers crossed xx
Good luck to everyone else. How is BB doing not heard so much from her?0 -
Hi Everyone
I am really sorry that I havent been here in such a long time, its nothing personal I can assure you.
Life is really full on at the moment and we are still having lots of problems with MIL.
This thread is still important to me so I am really going to try and pop in more often and update the Spreadsheet tracker.
Not doing great with my weight loss but I am definitely eating more healthily and trying to exercise as and when, not giving it up as a lost cause though:D
Lovely to see that the thread is keeping going, I will try to pop in as often as I can.
Still would like to lose 10lbs so am starting Slimming World (at home using old books) so lets see how it goes. Have already given up junk food and takeways for Lent.....so far so good.
Take care my lovelies and keep up the good work:ABut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Hi all....have had an awful week with a +3lbs  That's what I get for having my folks to stay, ignoring exercise and eating takeaways
Oh well. Onwards.
